1- Where is the meeting point?
The meeting point is at Heraklion Port.

2- What would happen if it rained?
Our Crete Sunset Cruise departs from Heraklion to Dia Island rain or shine. However, if there is excessive rainfall or dangerous maritime weather conditions, we may have to cancel or postpone the excursion. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.

3- Should I be worried about seasickness?

If you are at risk for sea sickness, we recommend bringing motion sickness medicine with you, as it is not given onboard. We also request that you avoid beverages and dairy items if you have a sensitive stomach.

We require minimum 50 % advance for confirming your reservation. For cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled activity or service, there will be almost no penalty, except for applicable transaction fees. In the case of airline ticket cancellations, additional airline ticketing fees may also apply. Please check our policies page for more detailed information.
