The following terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Turco Travel's website and services. By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

Definitions The following terms are used in these terms and conditions and have the following meanings:

  • "Tour": refers to the travel itinerary and services offered by Turco Travel to its customers, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, meals, sightseeing, and other related activities.

  • "Customer": refers to the individual or group who has purchased a tour from Turco Travel and is subject to these terms and conditions.

Tour Booking and Payment Turco Travel provides the customer with the option to book a tour through our website or by contacting us directly. When booking a tour through our website, the customer must provide accurate and complete personal and payment information. When booking through our website, the customer is also required to accept these terms and conditions.

All tour prices are quoted in U.S DOLLARS and are subject to change without notice. Full payment for the tour must be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Turco Travel. If the customer cancels the tour, the cancellation policies outlined in the following section will apply.

Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy In the event that the customer needs to cancel their tour, the following cancellation policies apply:

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide a flexible cancellation policy for our customers. The following cancellation policy applies to reservations made with our company:

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled activity or service:

    • For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled activity or service, there will be %20 of the total amount as penalty.
    • If you like to re-schedule the tour date instead of refund. You can re-schedule your tour without any penalty 1 time. And you can tell your new travel date until 15 days of your arrival date. And this re-schedule right is valid 2 years after postponing the actual tour date.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled activity or service:

    • For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled activity or service, there will be no refund.
    • If you like to re-schedule the tour date instead of refund. You can re-schedule your tour with only %10 penalty 1 time. And you can tell your new travel date until 15 days of your arrival date. And this re-schedule right is valid 2 years after postponing the actual tour date.
  • Please note the following:

  • The refund amount after deduction of fees will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 7-15 business days.
  • It is essential to cancel the reservation directly through our customer support or online platform to ensure proper processing and evaluation of applicable fees.

Turco Travel reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time, in which case a full refund will be provided to the customer.

Tour Itinerary and Changes Turco Travel makes every effort to ensure that the tour itinerary is followed as closely as possible, but reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary for any reason, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, and availability of tour sites.

In the event of changes to the tour itinerary, Turco Travel will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and provide alternative arrangements. However, Turco Travel cannot be held responsible for any changes or disruptions to the tour itinerary and will not provide any compensation for such changes.

Tour Conduct and Responsibility The customer is expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner while on the tour. Turco Travel reserves the right to remove any customer from the tour if their behavior is deemed to be disruptive or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be provided and the customer will be responsible for their own transportation and accommodations.

Turco Travel cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to the customer's property or person while on the tour. The customer is advised to purchase travel insurance to cover such events.
