A wonderful experience! The class took place in a beautiful kitchen in the heart of Bologna, and the chefs were so warm and welcoming. It was great to learn the techniques behind making fresh pasta and sauces, and they gave us plenty of tips to take home. I would definitely do it again next time I'm in Italy!

The only thing I wish was different is that the group size was smaller, as it sometimes felt crowded. But overall, I learned a lot and enjoyed the food!
