Q: Where is the meeting point?
A: Between the two big columns in St. Mark’s Square (columns of San Marco & San Teodoro) located on the south side of the square, near the canal. Our friendly representative will be there holding a sign with our company name on it. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Please wear comfortable shoes. Pack some water, sunscreen for the sunnier months, and a camera to record the special moments.
Q: What if I have concerns about my mobility on this tour?
A: This is a walking tour that includes several sets of stairs, and you will be on your feet for most of the 3.5 hours.
Q: What if it rains?
A: Our tours run rain or shine! If the weather is particularly bad the gondola may not run due to safety concerns, in which case a partial refund will be provided.
