Q: How do I get to the hotel from the airport upon arrival in Istanbul?
A: Upon your arrival at Istanbul New Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökcen Airport (SAW), our team will be waiting for you at the exit of the international line of the airport, holding a sign with your name written on it. You will then be transferred to your hotel.
Q: Are meals included in the tour package?
A: Breakfast are provided on specific days, as mentioned in the itinerary. However, no meals are included on the first day of arrival in Istanbul.
Q: Can I participate in the hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia?
A: Yes, you can join an early morning hot air balloon ride over the Cappadocia valleys. Please note that this activity comes at an additional cost and is optional. It offers breathtaking aerial views and is highly recommended for a memorable experience.
