If you book 2 people your room will be double room, if you prefer seperated twin beds please use "Notes and Requests" part in the booking form and inform us.

If you book 3 people your room will be triple room, if you prefer 1 double + 1 single room please use "Notes and Requests" part in the booking form and inform us.

In cases other than the above situations, please submit your requests in the booking form use "Notes and Requests"

Q : What is the luggage limit for the flights in the program.

A : Free baggage limits for domestic flights are 1x15 kgs for check in and 1x 8kgs per cabin

Q: How do I book the customizable travel package to Istanbul?

A: When you open the booking form ( after you click make reservation button) you will see optional activities, so you can add them in your tour and you can customize it as you wish.

Q: How do I pay for the travel package?

A: Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer.

Q: Is there a minimum or maximum number of nights for the accommodation?

A: The package includes 3 nights of accommodation, but travelers can add on additional nights as they wish.

# For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled activity or service, there will be %20 of the total amount as penalty.

# If you like to re-schedule the tour date instead of refund. You can re-schedule your tour without any penalty 1 time. And you can tell your new travel date until 15 days of your arrival date. And this re-schedule right is valid 2 years after postponing the actual tour date.
